David Kessler

David Kessler is one of the world’s foremost experts on healing and loss. His experience with thousands of people on the edge of life and death has taught him the secrets to living a happy and fulfilled life. He is the author of five bestselling books, He co-authored two with Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and one with Louise Hay.

David’s personal experience with grief prompted his professional journey. When he was a child, David witnessed a mass shooting while his mother was dying in a hospital. In 2016, David’s youngest son died suddenly at 21 years old. He will be sharing his very personal journey of loss and healing in a new book called Finding Meaning: The Sixth Stage of Grief.

Paul Denniston

Paul Denniston, a grief yoga teacher embraces the divine practice of yoga for healing grief. Paul understands how grief affects the mind and spirit and how the pain of loss gets stuck in the body. Through concentrated and gentle movement of yoga and connection to our breath, we become present.

Paul studied from some of the top leaders in loss, such as William Worden and Peter Levine. He teaches at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Esalen, 1440 Multiversity, Alternatives in London, Cancer Support Centers, addiction groups, workshops on healing and also teaches to bereavement groups in one of the largest hospices in Los Angeles.
